Bankruptcy estates of Lehto Asunnot Oy, Lehto Tilat Oy and Lehto Korjausrakentaminen Oy

We acted as estate administrators for the bankruptcy estates of three business companies within the Lehto Group, part of one of the most significant bankruptcy cases of 2024. The work involved a substantial number of claims to recover assets, complex demolition inspections of contracts, analysis of group relationships, as well as reviewing and realizing a large project portfolio. We also handled several demanding real estate transactions as part of the controlled realization of the estates’ assets.
